Included in our price is our monitoring software, which will analyse your hardware and report any issues to our support centre, where we can take a closer look. Our proactive approach means we aim to resolve any issues before you experience complete failure.

What do I do next?

Our "Discovery" service will get you setup on our system, where we will audit your computers and gather all the information we need to help you. A "Discovery" visit can take anything from 1 hour to a full day, depending on your size and the complexity of your IT. Once we have finished, we will send you our documentation which is a really useful insight of your IT environment. Call us to discuss and we will give you a time estimate.

What geographical areas do we cover?

For remote support we will cover the whole of the UK. Unfortunately, we can only offer our on-site service to Hampshire businesses at this time - but we will be expanding our reach very soon.
