What do I do next?

Get in touch and purchase a block of 10 hours. Our "Discovery" service is the best way to get you setup on our system, where we will audit your computers and gather all the information we need to help you. A "Discovery" visit can take anything from 1 hour to a full day, depending on your size and the complexity of your IT.

Once we have finished, we will send you our documentation which is a really useful insight of your IT environment.

Call us to discuss and we will give you a time estimate.

What geographical areas do we cover?

For remote support we will cover the whole of the UK. Unfortunately, we can only offer our on-site service to Hampshire businesses at this time - but we will be expanding our reach very soon.

Is there a minimum number of hours I need to purchase?

Minimum purchase is 10 hours. Maximum purchase is 100 hours.

How many hours should I purchase?

We generally ask our customers to purchase as many hours as you need for one month. If you are not sure, then we suggest you start with a block of 10 hours and see how you get on.

Do my purchased hours expire?

Yes. You can use your hours for up to 12 months, but then they expire. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund expired or unexpired hours.

Is there a minimum time for each incident?

For remote support, we have a minimum usage of 15 minutes. For on-site support, our minimum usage is 2 hours.
