Project Overview

Seward group are a long established main dealership for Renault, Dacia, Mitsubishi & Suzuki. Based from Portsmouth and Havant, the team were struggling with slow internet, so a logical starting point was to upgrade each branch to dedicated leased line. This upgrade opened the door to an evolution of new services.

The next phase was to reconfigure their comms racks, which had been neglected over the years. So Seward agreed to invest in our rack-tidy service, working some late into the nights stripping down and rebuilding the comms racks. "The end result is beautiful" commented Shaun Perry (Managing Director of Seward Group), it is now organised, tested and documented. At easyNetworks, we say "the cabling for your network is as important as the foundations are for your premises". The WiFi was also replaced during this second phase, which now provides fast and secure access to staff and corporate users, and isolated free wifi for Seward customers, with bandwidth restrictions.

The final phase was to replace the aging telephone system at each branch. Seward chose our cloud pbx, which was the obvious choice for a business with multiple locations. Shaun Perry is very happy with the ability for both branches and his home office to work effortlessly as a single system. Powerful reporting was provided for their call centre which provides real-time visibility on wallboard displays and historic analytics for the review of team performance.

Seward enjoy having a solution which “just works” and they can make changes themselves, or simply call our dedicated helpdesk and we do it for them.

Relocate to new HQ at Lasham Airfield

easyNetworks had supported their telecoms environment for many years at their Daedalus airfield HQ. Their telecoms needs were changing and they needed more agility to ensure they never missed important calls from their clients, and they decided to relocate their HQ nearer to London. Their relocation presented the perfect opportunity to upgrade their telephone system to a cloud based version before moving. Their new cloud pbx provides the Atlas team with great flexibility and enables agile working, ensuring they always receive that important call.
